The purpose of the discourse Invisibility and Inclusion of Women into school leadership was written to identify Under-representation of women in decision-making structures and the findings were that that structural gender inequalities remain firmly conspicuous in Onkumbula circuit. This case study of Onkumbula circuit presents the numerically disproportionate deficiency of women as headmistress in schools. mixed methods design such as convergent, explanatory, exploratory, sequential, transformative and embedded or multiphase. Mixed methods are an integration of qualitative and quantitative research and data in a research study. The research design for this study is a mixed research approach that integrates the use of interviews and questionnaires at the same, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The intrinsic need for data integration in a mixed approach requires gathering and crafting more data sources and hence requires more time and resources. The advantages of using the mixed approach are that it draws plethoric expertise and necessities mixed-methods specific human capital. Mixed methods also foster flexibility in cognitive, reflective transparency and construing the ethos of mixed methods. The key findings were Factor loading were executed to determine the factors determinants of invisibility and inclusion of women into school leadership. The following constructs were noted as results. Male domination at the workplace, social networks , role of a woman as a mother, leadership style , organizational structure and gender inequality. In deciphering the decision on factors affecting the visibility as a squared factor loading demonstrates the variables total variances elucidated. Factor loadings between 0.30 to 0.40 are reckoned to meet the minimum level of deciphering the factors affecting the visibility of women
