The popular adage A corporate  without order is unable to survive, but a company without chaos  is unable to cambietics. Integrated Corporate Management is a book which universities, colleges, managers and CEO can use to assist them in organizations. Managers and employees should be aware that Privacy no longer exists due to advancement of technology ask companies and States about Facebook, Google, What’s up, cloud computing, Laptops, Television, cell phone business, cameras, Swift, cyber wars, electronic hacked / rigged elections, advanced software’s such as cookies and others? Engineers who hack electronics: robots, aero planes and other devices and control them from afar. What exists now is invasion into people’s seclusions. The question is for how long should we continue to run companies and state like this? Should there be regulation to control internet and all states? The work environment also plays a role in determining the amount of stress an employee experiences. Certain occupations are noted for the high levels of stress they entail. Helping a person maintain the level of stress that is best for them is the goal of various stress management techniques. By and large, the techniques we will consider focus primarily on the reduction rather than on the increase of stress. It is becoming extensively recognized that good corporate governance is one of the cornerstones of business excellence. Project Management Experience is one of the important differentiators between a successful and an unsuccessful project manager. Experience and knowledge are important skills for project managers to have and should also comprehend the fundamentals of managing projects, from team dynamics and problem resolution to project schedules. While formal training is vital, there is no substitute for experience, and on a large or critical project, only managers with prior experience on successful projects should be considered. Good corporate governance assists to preclude corporate scandals, fraud, and potential civil and criminal liability of the organization. Not all public servants want to be corrupt therefore the best approach to ethics in the public sector is to give cognizance to the fact that not all public officials want to be corrupt. Findings in this rubric shows that the variable challenges facing women entrepreneurs in Namibia are as follows family problems, access to finance while lacking social support, finally government policies and empowerment. On average, the means scores on the challenges facing women entrepreneurs in Namibia shows that government policies and empowerment have high mean scores. Big Organizations are no longer employing people they now employ robots, algorithms and artificial intelligence. There are many factors that affect the success or failure of organizational cambietics. The most important factors include the insufficient readiness for cambietics, lack of a systematic plan for organization cambietics, fast solution expectation, the focus of cambietics activity instead of the result, poor management in the cambietics process, and the mismatch between cambietics plan and organization context. Another common reason for organizational cambietics to fail is that many organizations do not take the systematic viewpoint to make a holistic plan for organizational cambietics. For example, the attempt to make cambietics through education only, and to overlook other factors that may affect employee’s behavior such as organizational system, structure, culture. Good financial management and capital investment decision making is precarious to the existence and long-term accomplishment for firms. Sound/profitable capital budgeting decisions, inter-alia can have a salutary effect on improving financial performance. Capital budgeting decision affects the profitability of SOE’s, they have a marking bearing on its efficiency and competing positions in the various industries as they relate to fixed assets. It should be highlighted that An ethos  of integration  enables successful ideas and innovations to be shared and spread rapidly throughout the organization..
